In April 2020, during COVID-19 lockdowns, Youth HEAR member, Jade Laishevsky, became pen pals with Holocaust survivor Dasia Black Gutman. Youth HEAR is proud to have facilitated the heartwarming moment when Jade and Dasia met for the first time at the 2021 Yom HaShoah commemoration.
